- Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opting out will not affect your or your patient’s access to care.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us directly (see Section 9).
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to provide accurate and current information. Our services are intended for seniors and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Halcyon Home provides home health, home care, and hospice services. Our website and digital platforms support care communication, scheduling, caregiver support, and related services. Clinical services provided by our licensed professionals are governed by applicable federal and state healthcare regulations and by separate care agreements.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration in Austin, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. Class action claims are waived.
